Tärkeää tietoa: 26.10 Klo: 17-19.30, 2,5 tuntia
Sijainti: Helsinki, Marjaniemi, tarkka osoite ilmoittautumisen jälkeen.
Hinta: 50e/norm. 40e/marginalisoidut ryhmät, työttömät, opiskelijat yms.
Teema: Yhteisöllistä rituaalitaidetta, laulua, liikettä/tanssia/meditaatiota/esivanhemmille, jotka elävät kehossamme ja olemuksessamme. Aloitamme rakentamalla alttarin, jossa aikomuksemme kulkevat olemuksemme läpi tutkiaksemme aikaisempia sukupolvia, teemoja ja tarinoita jotka elävät ajassamme edelleen kauttamme. Työskentelemme somaattisten menetelmien ja äänityöskentelyn parissa, teemme ohjattuja meditaatioita, lyhyen tanssimatkan kuratoitujen laulujen kera. Päätämme työpajan ohjattuun seremoniaan esivanhemmille meren äärellä- mietimme millaisia tulevaisuuden esivanhempia olemme. Työpajassa toivotamme kaikki tunteet tervetulleiksi ja otamme ne vastaan itsessämme ja sallimme sen muissa - annamme tunteille heidän tarvitsemansa tilan. Sallimme ja annamme tilaa haavoittuvuudelle ja myötätuntoiselle läsnäololle - muille olennoille ja itsellemme. Ravitse itseäsi yhdessä ottaen vastaan syvää huolenpitoa koko olemuksella, ilmaisumme toimien sydämen lääkkeenä.

Themes: Ritual art, vocal and movement/dance/meditation/prayer - a song for the ancestors that lives in our bodies and being.
We will open up with building an altar with our intentions moving through our being to explore the themes and stories of our family lineage and ancestry. We work with somatic and vocal practices, have a guided meditations, a short dance-journey with curated songs and end the workshop in a guided prayer and ceremony for the Ancestors, that closed in the end with walking meditation to a ocean - to give our offerings as the future ancestors. In the workshop we welcome and embrace all the feelings, allowing them the space they need. They are part of the healing process. We allow and give space for vulnerability and compassionate presence - for other beings and ourselves.
Earth-practices to helps us find refuge and healing with the Earth. That is a felt reality is basis on taking care of the ourselves and each other, because we remember our inter-beingness.
